丙酸钙对泌乳早期奶牛泌乳性能和代谢产物的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
选用32头经产奶牛,根据泌乳期、上个泌乳期305 d产奶量和预产期,采用随机区组设计分为4组,对照组饲喂基础日粮,处理1、2、3组分别在基础日粮基础上添加丙酸钙100、200、300 g/d.结果显示,日粮添加丙酸钙对奶牛的采食量、乳脂率、乳蛋白率、乳糖率和乳干物质率无显著影响,200、300 g/d组产奶量和饲料转化效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05).200、300 g/d组血浆葡萄糖和胰岛素浓度显著高于对照组(P<0.05),而血浆游离脂肪酸和β-羟丁酸浓度显著低于对照组(P<0.05);200、300 g/d组尿酮浓度显著低于对照组和100 g/d组(P<0.05).试验结果表明,丙酸钙适宜添加量为200 g/d.  相似文献

Cytosolic Ca2+ is known to be an important factor in intracellular signaling pathways that regulate several cellular functions. The present study was designed to measure the intracellular concentrations of Ca2+ ([Ca2+]i) in T cell mitogen-stimulated chicken lymphocytes, and to compare the results with those in rat lymphocytes. [Ca2+]i was increased in the thymocytes, splenocytes and bursacytes of chickens, and in the thymocytes and splenocytes of rats following exposure to the mitogens phytohaemagglutinin (PHA) and concanavalin A (ConA). Increases were greatest in the thymocytes followed by the splenocytes and bursacytes. The PHA-induced changes in the thymocytes and splenocytes were similar in chickens and rats, but the ConA-induced increases were significantly lower in the chickens than rats. Pretreatment with EGTA before the application of PHA and ConA completely suppressed the rise in [Ca2+]i in all the chicken lymphocytes, indicating that the increases that occurred in PHA- and ConA-treated chicken lymphocytes could be entirely attributed to the influx of extracellular Ca2+. On the other hand, the PHA- and ConA-induced increase in [Ca2+]i in rat lymphocytes was not completely suppressed by EGTA, indicating the recruitment of Ca2+ from the intracellular Ca2+ pool. The results suggest species differences in the Ca2+-based responses to T cell mitogens between chicken lymphocytes and rat lymphocytes.  相似文献

采用32只3~4月龄的湘东黑山羊,研究三种不同补饲水平对其血液生化指标的影响.设1个对照组与3个试验组,试验组平均补饲量依次按100 g/d、200 g/d、300 g/d.结果表明:肥育羔羊的血清尿素氮、钙、无机磷与总蛋白含量在各组间的变化范围依次是:19.77 mg/dL~20.98 mg/dL、8.28 mg/dL~10.52 mg/dL、4.14 mg/dL~4.80 mg/dL、72.53 g/L~81.33 g/L.  相似文献

选用体重2 0 kg左右的杜×长×大三元杂去势公猪,随机分为4组,进行消化代谢试验,测定玉米豆粕型基础饲粮(Ⅰ组)和以植酸酶250 U/kg(Ⅱ组)、500 U/kg(Ⅲ组)、750 U/kg(Ⅳ组)取代基础饲粮中40%、60%、80%的磷酸氢钙的试验饲粮中的粗蛋白质等养分的消化利用率。采用全收粪法进行两期消化代谢试验。结果表明:与对照组(Ⅰ组)相比,Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组的蛋白质表观消化率分别提高了3.50%、2.45%、2.32%,组间差异不显著(P>0.05);蛋白质生物学价值分别提高了5.75%、6.29%、6.62%,组间差异不显著(P>0.05);粗纤维表观消化率分别提高30.09%、54.10%(P<0.05)、13.07%;钙的表观消化率分别提高了4.02%、13.82%(P<0.05)、2.20%;磷的表观消化率分别提高了8.20%、47.36%(P<0.05)、13.39%;饲粮可消化能分别提高了1.89%、7.69%(P<0.05)、4.83%。  相似文献

Precipitation chemistry in Japan was discussed on a wet-only sample database obtained in a nationwide survey from April 1989 to March 1993. Wet-only samples were collected at 29 stations over Japan on a biweekly basis. Commonly determined chemical parameters were measured in laboratories. The volume-weighted annual mean pH at each site ranged from 4.50 to 5.83 with a mean of 4.76. Concentration ranges and means (parenthesized) on an equivalent basis for major ions were as follows: nss-SO4 2–; 5.2–58.9 (38.6), NO3 ; 1.8–25.0 (14.1), NH4 +; 0.55–29.8 (18.3), nss-Ca2+; 2.0–34.5(14.2), Na+; 6.4–275.3 (49.1), Cl; 13.7–322.4 (63.5) eq L–1. Acid-base relationships for Phase-II records were quantitatively discussed in terms of three measures: pH, fractional acidity, and our proposed pAi.  相似文献

The dry forest soils (80%) of a 3.3 ha catchment in Gårdsjön, were treated with 1.5 ton/ha dolomite in 1984. In half the catchment an additional dose of 4.5 ton/ha was added in 1986 (i.e. totaly 6 ton/ha). By 1991 the concentrations of exchangeable calcium and magnesium had increased by 450% to 800% in the humus layer and upper 0–5 cm of the mineral soils and by 500% and 300%, respectively, in the 5–10 cm and 10–20 cm soil depth in the 6 ton/ha part. By 1.5 ton, Ca and Mg increased in humus and 0–5 cm in the mineral soil. Potassium decreased in the humus and the mineral soil with both 1.5 ton and 6 ton per ha. The accumulated output of K by runoff was however only 1 kg during the 6 years until 1992, which indicates that the losses from the soil also may have resulted in increased uptake by the forest. Tree growth and nutrient content in current needles was, however, unchanged. Increased contents of Mg, Ca and Zn was observed in some species of ground vegetation. Nitrate and ammonium concentrations and fluxes in runoff were identical to the reference catchment, while inorganic Al and Mn decreased by 40–50% and H+ by 30%. The accumulated extra output by runoff of Mg was about 7% and of Ca 0.6% of the amounts applied by the two treatments in 1984 and 1986.  相似文献

本文对砷和钙处理下蜈蚣草羽叶中砷、钙的亚细胞分布、超微结构变化及钙定位进行了研究。无砷处理下,各亚细胞组分中砷的分布为:细胞壁>胞质>细胞器。0.2.mmol/L砷处理下,羽叶各亚细胞组分中砷的分布为:胞质>>细胞壁>细胞器。不同处理下,各亚细胞组分中钙含量变化规律相似:细胞壁最高,胞质其次,而细胞器远低于前两者。5.mmol/L钙处理对蜈蚣草羽叶细胞超微结构产生破坏,使细胞出现明显的质壁分离。在高砷高钙环境中,钙可能会增强砷对蜈蚣草的毒害效应,导致羽叶细胞的超微结构受到破坏。  相似文献

ABSTRACT

This study aimed to assess the physiological and biochemical responses of cotton plants to manganese (Mn2+) nutrition. Four cotton genotypes (G1 – TMG 47; G2 – FM 975 WS; G3 – TMG 11 WS and G4 – IMA 8405 GLT) were grown in nutrient solution under two Mn2+ concentrations (2 and 200 µmol L?1) for 10 days. No visible symptoms of Mn2+ toxicity were observed in the genotypes tested. All genotypes showed a marked increase in leaf chlorophylls, pheophytins, carotenoids, sucrose and total sugars concentration in response to high Mn2+ in a nutrient solution. However, the net photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance, internal carbon dioxide concentration and transpiration decreased in genotypes G1 and G2 growing under 200 µmol L?1. Antioxidant enzymes such as superoxide dismutase (SOD), ascorbate peroxidase (APX) and glutathione reductase (GR) activities increased in genotypes G1, G3 and G4. Cotton genotypes showed an increased leaf antioxidant and sugar metabolism as a possible strategy to mitigate oxidative stress. The decrease in the net photosynthetic rate and stomatal conductance; the increased antioxidant enzymes activities (SOD, APX and GR); and the increase in leaf sucrose and total sugar concentration were the main physiological and biochemical responses in cotton plants to Mn2+ stress.  相似文献

对65只白唇鹿在补饲过程中添加速补钙磷,结果表明补饲过程中添加速补钙磷的试验组与对照组相比,对白唇鹿异食癖,提高鹿茸产量、降低鹿软骨病骨质疏松、瘫痪等作用显著。平均每只鹿鹿茸产量增加139.5g。鹿软骨病、瘫痪下降1.48%、异食癖发病率降为零。鹿羔月体重平均增2.5kg。  相似文献

The bamboo vinegar was used to produce organic calcium,and different concentrations of NaCl,CaCb and organic calcium solutions as deicer were sprayed evenly on the potted Cymbidium ensifoiium and collected soil, and the growth of C.ensifoiium was observed everyday,and the physical and chemical properties of soil were analyzed.The results indicate that all the 3 types of salt solutions had certain influence on C.ensifolium,while the organic calcium had less effect on C.ensifolium than NaCl and CaCl2,and both of NaCl and CaCl2 had little effect on the pH of soil while organic calcium increased greatly the pH of soil,and the organic matter and cationic exchange capacity of soil reduced,and the content of total N, P in soil also reduced while the apparent content of total K in soil increased.By above comparison,the effect of organic calcium made by bamboo vinegar on C.ensifolium and soil was less than that of NaCl and CaCl2,in addition smaller the concentration of salt solution was,less the effect of salt solution on C.ensifoliumand soil was.  相似文献
